The CYP PUV-2600RX is an HDBaseT 2.0 receiver designed to be used in environments where wide flexibility in terms of inputs, outputs and control are needed.
This receiver can deal with various source rating scenarios as it has a 2 by 2 matrix arrangement of HDBaseT and HDMI inputs and dual HDMI outputs.
The HDMI input and outputs support resolutions up to 4K@60Hz (4:4:4, 8bit) at a maximum whilst the HDBaseT input supports resolutions of 4K@60Hz (YUV 4:2:0, 8bit) at a maximum. Balanced analogue stereo audio breakout is also provided (for LPCM 2.0 sources only) which allows audio from the receiver to be integrated with local amplifier or active speakers. The HDBaseT input supports video and audio but it also supports bidirectional Ethernet, RS-232, USB, and IR.
When the PUV-2600RX is paired with the EL-2600V, there are up to 3 switchable USB 2.0 host (Type B) connections available (with 2 on the transmitter and 1 on receiver) these connect up to 6 USB 2.0 (Type A) device ports (3 on the receiver, 3 on the transmitter) for a bidirectional, multi-source , highly flexible KVM or interactive display configuration.
The PUV-2600RX is able to provide 48V Power over HDBaseT (PoH) to the connected HDBaseT Transmitter such as the EL-2600V. This allows for greater flexibility when it comes to different installation situations/scenarios. The unit can be controlled via its front-panel controls, Telnet, RS-232 and WebGUI.
