I have great pleasure in introducing myself to you as your new CIE audio visual Account Manager.

Having recently made some changes to our sales territories, I am pleased to have the responsibility of working with you going forward. I'm looking forward to providing and maintaining the highest levels of service, support and technical knowledge on the popular, varied and new audio visual and intercom product ranges we support in the UK.

To many of my existing customers I am already a familiar face having already been a member of CIE’s award-winning team for many years; but to a few of you I am a new contact and I look forward to introducing myself and your CIE internal sales support contact – Jayne Knowles – to you within the coming month. We are both excited at the opportunity to offer our new customers the unrivalled service that my current customers have come to rely and depend on.
