The N600 is an IP-to-analogue Audio End Point for use as part of the Inter-M IP audio range.
For use in conjunction with the Inter-M NCM01 (Microphone) and NCS01 (Line Source) Converters, the NC600 converts Inter-M IP Audio Signals back to Analogue at the output end of a system for connectivity and integration with a conventional 100v line or low impedance audio system.
Therefore, using a combination of Inter-M NC Series Converters allows conventional analogue devices such as microphones, audio sources (CD,Tuner, MP3 etc), amplifiers, mixers and loudspeakers to be converted to an IP signal for connectivity, distribution and control over a local or wide area network.
Allowing seemless integration with Inter-M's tried and tested 'including standard' public address/background music product range. This easy-adaption Analogue-to-IP system is ideal for connecting existing 100v line distributed sound systems to a network and for PA installers wishing to combine 'bomb proof' analogue technology with the flexibility and versatility of 'over-IP'.
The Inter-M NC600 IP Audio End Point can also be used as a 'Transceiver' device; ie. as well as converting IP signals to analogue for connecting to the system output it can simultaneously convert a local analogue Audio Source device to IP for connectivity to the network.
