E.L.R Long-range Wireless Microphone System (UHF)

Channel 38 Compliant
UHF - Ultra High Frequency

Product Description

The E.L.R. (Extra Long Range) microphone system from Chiayo provides a simple, quick and easy solution for operating wireless microphones in challenging and wide area locations, such as Large Retail Spaces, Stadiums, Churches and Outdoor Events where conventional systems would struggle to achieve the coverage.

Comprising of a Master Receiver (RCC2000) and up to 4x Remote Receivers (RR2000), the receiver units link together using standard CAT5/6/7 cables, allowing the Remote Receivers to be located within optimum pick up locations.

Each system can operate on two channels, each Remote Receiver can accept 2x Modules (RR2000M) which operate on UK CH38 Licensed Frequencies, allowing two independent Microphone Transmitters to be utilised across the system. It can be used with either Handheld (SQ6100IRDA) Microphone/Transmitter or a Beltpack (SM6100IRDA) Transmitter with suitable choice of microphones (MC-15X lavalier or MC-76X Headworn), depending on the specific applications and needs of the system.

ELR long range wireless microphoneThe distance of CAT5/6/7 cable between Master and Remote Receivers can be up to 250 metres; no power is required for the Remote Receivers as the power is provided via the Master Receiver which is transferred over the Ethernet cable connection.

The audio received by the Remote Receivers is returned to the Master Receiver via the Cat5/6/7 connection, which provides two independent outputs for the two separate wireless channels to interface to an audio amplifier, mixer or sound system.

For applications where Remote Receivers are to be used outdoors, a special protective housing is available (PRR2000) to prevent damage, theft or tampering.
