The AKM3 Seminar Room Loop Amplifier Kit with ceiling microphone is designed to provide a hearing aid friendly environment. Featuring a highly sensitive cardioid Audio Technica PRO45 microphone, makes for a sound solution ideal for a meeting/seminar room or a small lecture theatre.
An APXM wall-mounted microphone socket is included from SigNet's range of outreach plates.
The AKM3 self-contained kit complies with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) which has now been absorbed into the Equality Act 2010 as well as British Standard BS8300 (2009), the Human Rights Act 1998 and the Care Standards Act 2000.
AKM3 Amplifier:
The
PDA200E Induction Loop Amplifier in the AKM3 Kit is wall-mounted for a permanent solution, with a metal case and internal screws, which features; an internal drive Level and Tone control, 4x inputs for Microphone, Alert; used in doorbell/fire anouncements, line or outreach and a 100v Line input for PA integration. Installation is made easy and ideal for audio contractors where no audio connectors or installation experience is necessary. When installed correctly the PDA200E meets BS7594 and EN60118-4 standards.
AKM3 Microphone:
The PRO45 cardioid condenser hanging microphone used with the AKM3 Kit, by Audio Technica, is a Black, robustly constructed and unobtrusive mic, ideal for theatre, speech, orchestra and choir sound reinforcement and recording. The PRO45's high SPL offers the perfect hanging solution over orchestras and choir's while the wide-range condenser with thin diaphragm provides more sensitivity and high quality performance. Cable attached: 7.6m between mic and XLRM type conntector.
