Product Description
Part of the ‘TSD’ Time Saving Device range, Atlas IED’s new TSD-GPN1200 is an ideal Sound Masking Generator solution for basic sound masking systems, where the provision of white/pink noise is required to mask conversations which may be private (eg. in a doctor’s surgery or pharmacy advice area) or where multiple conversations may be distracting (eg. an open plan sales floor).
The analogue topology of the Masking Generator ensures repetition of cycles – commonly found in other low cost generators - is eliminated.
The TSD-GPN1200 allows selection of white or pink noise sources and incorporates a variable balanced output to match input requirements of Atlas IED equalizers and amplifiers.
In addition to the line level output, a 4W 70v (2W @ 100V) output is provided to power up to 6 sound masking loudspeakers (tapped at 0.6W).
Both outputs can be used simultaneously allowing large zones to be screened with external equalization and amplification, while a smaller zone is powered by the 100v amplifier with spectrum control from the integrated hi-cut filter.
