This locking Male DisplayPort (DP) to Female HDMI adapter provides a simple and convenient AV signal converter.
PC and laptops frequently feature DisplayPort audio/video outputs which can be inconvenient when connecting to display screens, TVs, projectors etc which are likely to feature the more common HDMI input.
This DisplayPort to HDMI adapter has the ability to deliver high-definition digital audio and video to the display in packet data format allowing selective screen area updates as well as providing power saving features required for notebook applications.
One single cable for AV applications thus reduces cost on both the PC side as well as the display side. With the addition of ease of plug-and-play, the CLB-LDPHDMI adpater is simple and convenient to use.
