The CYP HDMI-AOC-10M fiber cable is the latest in HDMI cable technology.
AOC (Active Optical Cable) allows full 4K UHD resolution support (2160p @ 60hz) to be transmitted over 10 metres. This cable accepts the same electrical inputs as a traditional copper HDMI cable, but uses optical fiber between the connectors. AOC uses electrical to optical conversion over the directional cable connectors to improve distance performance, without sacrificing any signal integrity. Having the low profile cast connectors allows for easy installation of the HDMI cable and offers a secure connection to the connected source and display.
The HDMI-AOC-10M also offers increased flexibility and durability with its slimline narrow rubber cord. Taking it's power from the 5V pin of the connected source, the HDMI-AOC-10M doesn't require an additional power supply to operate.
The HDMI-AOC-10M directional cable needs to be installed following the labelled 'TV' & 'Source' connectors in the correct position.
