The 91379030 Access Commander Box is a mini-PC unit with 2N Access Control software for control and administration of the 2N range of IP INtercom and Access Unit devices. This small compact PC only needs a power supply and ethernet access for full use.
Featuring the ability to control access rights for staff and employees in an organisation, and residents in domestic applications, the Access Commander Box is optimized for 1000 users and 50 devices in one installation. Best used in any type of SME installations.
The 2N Access Commander software used in the 91379030 provides intuitive and user-friendly access to features such as time and attendance tracking, access rules, easy set-up and visitor card management. Ideally designed for SME installations. Also available in seven different languages.
Attendance of employees, students or residents can be seen by the web GUI interface and can be exported to CSV or XLS files and any dissruption or disconnections in the system is very clearly shown with one glance on screen but an automatic email or a notification icon.
As a secure measure of accessing a building, the 91379030 enables visitor cards, practically managed at a reception, with a time-limited access and whereby visitors movements can be tracked through the system. Any forced entry will send alarm notifications and, where a camera-based 2N IP Intercom is used, a sequence of images will also be captured. Where emergency and building evacuation is necessary, a list of users can be printed and located.
The 2N Access Commander Box can control and, where there are repeat actions required, copy & paste actions from one intercom device to another within the Access Commander software. This allows for much easier set-up when dealing with several products within one installation, cutting out the individual set-up of each item.
