The CMC-2 integrates Farpointe Data's mobile credential solution, utilising Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for communication between smartphones and Conekt mobile-ready readers. These mobile credentials, stored and activated within the Conekt Mobile Wallet App, function similarly to physical credentials. They support the 26-Bit Wiegand format, as well as custom Wiegand, ABA Track II magnetic stripe, serial data formats, or bi-directional Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP).

Conekt mobile credentials incorporate value-added features such as MAXSecure and advanced data protection through AES encryption. Both traditional and mobile Conekt access credentials can be ordered programmed to specific formats in the required number sequence. Like traditional physical credentials, Conekt mobile credentials can also be customized with a company name, logo, phone number, web address, or other information.
