Built for high-security applications, the Wavelynx APEX AX-15-Summit Access reader combines durability, modern design, and advanced functionality. Its IP65+ rated enclosure protects against harsh environmental conditions, while the metal cast mounting plate provides rugged installation stability. With its narrow mullion design, it fits seamlessly into tight spaces like door frames, making it ideal for commercial, government, healthcare, and enterprise deployments.
Security is at the core of the AX-15. Featuring an EAL6+ Secure Element, accelerometer-based tamper detection, and compliance with OSDP v2.2, the reader provides strong encryption and resilience against tampering or unauthorized access attempts. The OSDP Autodetect feature allows effortless migration from Wiegand to OSDP over existing wiring—reducing upgrade costs and simplifying transitions.
For even greater flexibility, this Wavelynx AX-15 Prox version supports remote firmware updates, ensuring the reader stays up to date with the latest security and feature enhancements without requiring on-site intervention.
