The ARCS-F touchscreen biometric reader elevates the security of your access control system, delivering robust multi-factor authentication. This is achieved through the integration of open MIFARE, DESFire, EV2 & EV3 technologies, a touchscreen/keypad interface, and a fingerprint sensor.

The ARCS-F reader facilitates secure user identification through its diverse identification technologies, including RFID MIFARE, DESFire, EV2 & EV3.

Additionally, the ARCS-F is equipped to embrace cutting-edge contactless technologies, incorporating the latest data security features:
  • Secure Messaging EV2: Ensuring transaction security by guarding against interleaving and replay attacks.
  • Proximity Check: Providing defense against relay attacks.
Furthermore, the reader is compatible with Bluetooth and NFC-enabled smartphones. Your smartphone* transforms into the access key, eliminating traditional access control constraints. STid offers six identification modes - Prox, long distance, or hands-free - ensuring both security and intuitive access control.
