The Clockaudio C33E-RF is a slimline, RF-Immune Cardioid Condenser Gooseneck Microphone designed for use in applications where high quality voice reproduction is an essential element in the audio system design.
Featuring a slimline 380mm long, fully-flexible gooseneck and terminated with XLR Connector, the Clockaudio C33E-RF Gooseneck Microphone is ideal for conference halls, places of worship, broadcasting and high quality paging systems.
This 'RF-Immune' version is fully shielded against Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) from GSM devices (operating in the 800Mhz ~1.2Ghz bandwidth) such as mobile / smartphones, iPads, tablets, etc.
Engineered in high quality brass and finished in black.
Includes W2 Windshield as standard.
What is RF immunity?
RF-immune microphones are specially shielded to avoid the interference caused by mobile devices such as smart phones, iPads and hearing aids.
GSM devices emit a periodic wireless 'handshake' synchronisation signal to the nearest antenna tower which creates radio frequency noise. Data streaming (texts, emails, web streaming, etc) also creates RF noise, all of which can be picked up by a microphone, creating distracting interference and disrupting a presentation, speech, etc.
Clockaudio RF-immune microphones such as the C33E-RF strip out this interference without degradation of audio quality, allowing the user / presenter to deliver professional, uninterrupted speech.
