Using the latest SDVoE AV-over-IP platform, the CYP SDV-CTRX is designed to transmit 4K UHD (6G) signals over a 10G IP Ethernet Network with virtually zero latency and every Transceiver can be configured to function as either a Transmitter or a Receiver, providing additional flexibility for any installation.
Using a sophisticated ultra-light compression algorithm (lossless for most content) the SDV-CTRX Transceiver is the perfect solution for extending and distributing 4K UHD signals (HDMI or DisplayPort).
Advanced HDMI content such as High Dynamic Range (HDR), 10-bit color and multi-channel HD Bitstream audio can be transmitted in pass-through mode.
Multiple control and data signals may also be transmitted along with the audio and video, including IR, RS-232, USB (for KVM) and Ethernet.
Multiple Transceivers may be combined with one or more 10-Gigabit Ethernet switches and used together to form a distributed video matrix, a multi-viewer system, or a video wall system adding to their flexibility in large event installations (some Control Hardware required).
Basic configuration of the unit can be achieved via front panel buttons with an On-Screen Display (OSD). The built-in EDID and HDCP management also offers additional installation flexibility. Advanced control requires optional control software and a LAN connection.
What is SDVoE?
SDVoE (Software Defined Video-over-Ethernet) is the latest high-performance, software-based AV-over-IP platform for control and distribution of audio visual systems of a Ethernet/Fiber networks. Providing a software-based AV platform allows programmers, manufacturers and software engineers to analyse customers' needs in order to build new and interesting applications.
