AI Fall Detection Radar

The Akuvox MR01 is an intelligent millimeter-wave radar sensing device designed to enhance safety and monitoring in elderly care facilities, assisted living environments, healthcare institutions, and other indoor care settings.

Using advanced 4D millimeter-wave radar technology combined with AI-powered detection algorithms, the MR01 can accurately identify falls and bed-exit events while maintaining exceptionally low false alarm rates. Unlike traditional monitoring systems, MR01 operates without cameras or wearable devices, helping preserve user dignity and privacy while delivering continuous, non-intrusive monitoring.

Designed specifically for senior care applications, MR01 supports both wall and ceiling mounting for flexible deployment across different room layouts. It can integrate with Akuvox indoor monitors, management stations, Akuvox Cloud, SDMC platforms, and third-party systems, enabling alarms and notifications to be centrally managed for faster response times and improved care efficiency.

As Akuvox’s first millimeter-wave radar solution, MR01 represents a new step forward in intelligent elderly care technology—combining advanced sensing, privacy protection, and smart integration into a single solution.

MR01 is NOT intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, monitoring, or prevention of any disease, injury, disability, or medical condition, and does not replace professional medical care, direct observation by caregivers, emergency services, or life-safety systems.

Detection and notification performance may vary depending on room layout, installation conditions, network/power status, user movement patterns, and system configuration. False alerts or missed detections may occur.
