The Zenitel SDS-1 features a range of essential functions, including hold, transfer, and forward (unconditional, no-answer, busy). It supports 3-way conferencing, call park/pickup, and shared-call appearance (SCA) / bridged-line-appearance (BLA) for versatile call management
Other functionalities include off-hook auto dial, auto answer, click-to-dial, and a flexible dial plan to adapt to various calling needs. The phone supports hot desking, enabling users to log in from different locations seamlessly. Personalization options include personalized music ringtones.
