The STid ATX Proximity Reader is engineered for reliable and secure access control in explosive and volatile environments. This rugged RFID reader is fully ATEX and IECEx certified, making it suitable for use in Zone 1/21 classified areas where flammable gases or combustible dusts are present.
Designed to operate under extreme conditions, it features an IP66 explosion-proof casing and supports a wide range of RFID technologies including 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz (MIFARE, DESFire, NFC, LEGIC and more).
This reader is ideal for chemical plants, oil refineries, food processing facilities, and any high-risk industrial setting.
