Product Description
The March Networks EL2 Fixed Dome is a compact and cost-effective 2MP IP surveillance camera designed for indoor and outdoor installations. Its IP66 weather-resistant and IK10 vandal-resistant housing makes it suitable for demanding environments where reliable video monitoring is required.
The camera features a wide-angle 2.8 mm fixed lens with a 116° horizontal field of view. Integrated smart IR illumination provides clear, low-noise images at distances of up to 30 metres, automatically adjusting the IR intensity to prevent nearby objects from appearing overexposed.
Smart Motion Detection distinguishes between people and vehicles, helping to reduce false alarms and unnecessary recordings. The camera also supports local microSD storage of up to 1TB, providing additional recording resilience if the network connection is interrupted.
Applications include retail security, commercial premises, education facilities, warehouses, entrances, car parks and perimeter monitoring.
